How To Pick Swimwear For An Apple

How does an "Apple" pick the perfect swimsuit? I'm sure you know we don't mean a fruit. We're talking about one of the common body types. How do you know if you're an Apple? Taking your bust and hip measurements is the proper thing to do. A 3" or greater difference between the two will confirm it.

To look like an hourglass, what kind of swimwear should you buy? A good choice is finding swimwear that will de-emphasize your bust and emphasize your hips. It's also important to conside your cup size. Apple shapes usually have larger cup sizes such as C,D and bigger. So the bikini top must provide both ample support and de-emphasize. It sounds hard to accomplish. However, it's not if you know what to look for.

Apple shapes look good in Halter and Underwire tops. For larger busts, they are the answer for both shape and support. You don't need push-up pads if you're choosing Underwire so make sure there are none or are removeable. You don't want to appear even larger than you are. This will have the opposite effect that you don't want. There is a special style of Halter called a Banded Halter. This style has a wide fabric "band" going all around under the bust which adds more support than the typical Halter top. Solid dark colors are a good choice to take away any emphasis.

Choosing embellishments and lots of fabric on the bottom will help to draw the eyes down there. Stay away from tiny string bikini bottoms. Your hips will look slimmer if you choose a string bikini. The Apple shape should try to make her hips look a little curvier. A hipster bottom is more in line with creating that effect. For color, bright solids and patterns are the ones to choose (patterned bottoms and colored tops are one of the best choices). And if you can find bottoms with ruffles, ruching, shirring, rhinestones, beads, metal rings, etc…all the better.

So don't fear or shy away from picking out a real hot bikini or one piece swimsuit.  You can definitely look and feel great about yourself and sexy on the beach, at the pool, and wherever else you want to wear your sexy swimwear.
